Can I freeze undercooked chicken to cook again later?

Answer

Yes you can do this. You will want to allow the chicken to dethaw (again) and you'll also want to make sure that the core of the chicken is cooked properly to kill any bacteria that might have survived.

At 165 degrees all bacteria should be gone. You can alternatively cook it to 148 degrees as long as it's temp is held there for at least three minutes.
