- Unflavored Yogurt
- Stir the salt into the yogurt - for each pint you will need about a teaspoon of salt.
- Put into a muslin or cheesecloth bag or place in a strainer lined with muslin and leave to drain overnight.
You can use the yogurt cheese as you would use cream cheese -in salads, snacks, sandwiches, on scones etc. It is delicious mixed with fresh herbs, crushed garlic or paprika. It also pairs well with honey, cinnamon and banana as well!
